The “Pacte Industrial de la Regió Metropolitana de Barcelona” has published the guide written by SÍMBIOSY. The aim of the publication is to provide municipal officials and local economic actors with guidance to help them develop the great potential they have to promote the energy transition process, starting with actions in their industrial estates.
