Eix Besòs Circular – Industrial Symbiosis in the Productive Fabric of Barcelonès Nord
Industrial symbiosis project to boost the industrial parks in the final stretch of the Besòs River, promoting cooperation between companies in Badalona, Sant Adrià del Besòs, and Santa Coloma de Gramenet for more efficient and circular resource management.
Supplier Map for Biogas Production of the Besós Tordera Consortium
The Besós Tordera Consortium contracted SIMBIOSY’s Waste Mapping service to identify organic waste producers for its biogas plants. The mapping with SYNER detected 50 large producers, validated through interviews according to quantity and distance.
Zero Banals – Zero Waste Strategy for Industry
Zero Banals is a Zero Waste strategy promoted by the AEBALL Business Association in the Economic District of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, with the aim of maximizing the recovery of trivial waste that usually ends up in landfill.
Promotion of the “Pesa y Piensa” Business Model of Campos Estela
Simbiosy promoted the transformation of Campos Estela’s ‘pesa y piensa’ educational project into a sustainable business model. The viability was analyzed and a business plan focused on the waste sector in Barcelona was developed, maximizing its positive impact.

Simbiosy collaborated with Creafutur to analyze the attitudes of Spanish and Scottish consumers towards the circular economy in food, cosmetics, fashion, and energy.
