Law 16/2017 on Climate Change and the National Pact for the Energy Transition establish very ambitious objectives regarding the share of renewable energies in our electricity system, objectives that are still far from being achievable at the current rate of implementation.
Actions are needed to promote the development of renewable energies integrated into the territory. The impact of these actions goes beyond merely environmental issues, as it has strong economic, competitiveness, innovation, and territorial cohesion implications.
