SÍMBIOSY is organizing the 2nd ENPSI together with the Waste Agency of Catalonia on November 4, 2025.
A conference that strengthens collaboration among the facilitators of the different urban-industrial symbiosis projects across Spain.
A meeting space to share experiences and tools, identify common barriers, and work to overcome them; a gateway to fostering greater connections among companies across Spain in order to develop business opportunities using surplus resources.

Highlights
- Industrial symbiosis projects are an effective tool for applying circular economy concepts within the productive fabric of a territory.
- Based on a systemic vision of the territory, manufacturing processes are analyzed as part of a broader framework: an “industrial ecosystem” in which resource management is carried out through a cross-sectoral approach — an agro-industrial-urban symbiosis in close collaboration with governance bodies and society.
- A downloadable catalogue has been prepared, bringing together the projects presented during the event with the aim of expanding connections, inspiring new solutions, and continuing to build a strong industrial symbiosis network in Spain.
