Project Description
A local plan for the prevention of municipal waste, together with implementation measures, based on the social integration of all stakeholders and Town Council departments.
To achieve this, meetings were held with the people responsible for the different services—street cleaning, procurement, festivals, care homes, the cemetery, sports centres, and others—and with organisations such as the Red Cross, the Women’s Association and Cáritas. The aim was to raise awareness of what “WASTE REDUCTION” entails and how their actions have an impact and can contribute to achieving the 2030 targets.
